• THANK YOU SO MUCH pumagrrl and thisis_industry for the lovely Christmas cards! You have no idea how much I light up when I find them in my mailbox. They make my day, they really do. You're so sweet.
• I just made some gingerbread cookies and I am in heaven right now. Jealous? You should be.
• My work Christmas party was fun! I got a sweet Secret Santa gift. Getting to know coworkers is a little intimidating since you aren't really sure about their personalities. When you sit down with them for five hours over a delicious meal in a fabulous restaurant it's nice getting to know them for who they really are.  I truly enjoyed myself and the food was divine!
• I JUST GOT MY OPUS. :) I'm not opening it though. I like to save presents for Christmas so I just put them under the Christmas tree. It kills me not to open it but I get all anticipatory for Christmas and it's awesome.

• I feel like I might have been gone during someone's birthday so if so, I'm sorry! I needed to be focused 100% on my exams so I couldn't make people anything. ILU ALL THOUGH.
• I'm sick. Again. I got the H1N1 vaccine earlier in the month though, so I don't think it's that. I just have a runny nose, sore throat, that sort of thing. But I REALLY did not want to be sick for Christmas.
   
• Tomorrow I have work ALL DAY. And since tomorrow is the Saturday before Christmas, it's the busiest shopping day of the year. Not excited. Especially since I'm sick.

• Lady GaGa's The Fame Monster leaked. It's an amazing pop album. I love all of the songs on it. My (current) order is probably Alejandro > Telephone = Speechless > Bad Romance = Monster > Dance In The Dark > So Happy I Could Die >> Teeth, but once again, I love them all. Speechless is amazing though, in a way that not even Lady GaGa or pop music fans can appreciate it and enjoy it. Seriously you guys, listen to it! I realized I'm sort of a pop music stan. I LOVE indie/rock, but the hate on pop on the internet is unjustified in my opinion. Pop music can make you feel something that other genres can't. I'M NOT ASHAMED FOR LIKING SOME DECENT DANCE TRACKS, OK? rofl I know pop and Top 40 music has gone to the crapper over the years though.. OH YEAH AND I GOT TICKETS FOR HER MONSTER BALL TOUR! It's supposed to be a crazy monster of a show, so I'm excited. LMAO THIS WHOLE LITTLE BIT WAS FOR YOU, juanitatequila!

• Fuck yeah we won 8-2 and it was brilliant! H.SEDIN'S FIRST HAT TRICK! I've been disappointed in you bbs lately. lol I will always love my boys, but whenever they have a losing streak I want to hate them and when they win I love them so much.
  
• Dean Winchester and Rachel Gatina are engaged! I'm way happy for them both. I like them together, they're cute and pretty and that's all a shallow girl like me needs.
  
• The upcoming episode of Glee looks hilarious! Oh Rachel, why are you so cray and why do you warm my heart so? I'm kinda happy the writers are going there, THERE WAS INAPPROPRIATENESS GOING ON EVER SINCE THE BLEACHERS SCENE IN THE PILOT. Hopefully there will be equal screentime for people in this episode. Knowing Ryan Murphy and Glee's track record, I doubt it.
  
• Life is blah, I'm sucking at all things University, I JUST NEED TO GET MY SHIT TOGETHER, THAT'S ALL.

Semi-coming out of my hiatus here. How are you guys all doing?

I finally watched Gossip Girl 3x07 – ‘How To Succeed In Bassness’ and it really wasn’t anything to completely flail about. However, I have a HUGE weakness for the 1920’s Prohibition-era style. It’s probably why Smooth Criminal is one of my favourite music videos. The clean cuts of the suits, fedoras, and flapper dresses certainly helped me enjoy this episode. Everyone looked good so I figured I’d do a quick mini-picspam of the pretty. It's pretty shoddy since I did this in about 20 minutes, but whatever. Contains mild spoilers.
